Following a bad horse riding accident and loss of confidence having ridden since a child Gordon has been instrumental in pushing the memory of the experience far behind me. I Would recommend to anyone needing help with panic attacks and anxiety, Gordon helped me to understand and work through my anxieties. I didn’t think I would ever be able to overcome how I was feeling and wasn’t sure how hypnotherapy worked. For me even having hypnotherapy was panicking me however Gordon was totally professional and I felt relaxed enough to be able to work through how I was feeling without endless talking and having to explain my anxieties. Having suffered with a phobia since childhood, I knew it was time I sought some help. I had spent years somewhat controlling my fear through avoidance but now it was affecting not only my everyday life but my working life too. I instantly felt so at ease with Gordon. I have been going to Gordon for various different things for over 7 years for things such as: confidence in driving on the motorway when dark; will-power with weight loss / maintenance and stress management during exam periods. My mother also had complete success with her desire to give up smoking after a single session and has now not smoked for about 6 years. I would and have recomended Gordon to anyone that is considering hypnosis.
